What is your turn around time?

Our turn around time is 2 business days for will call and once weekly pick ups. For twice weekly we recommend a Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday schedule.

Do you wash comforters and bedding?

Yes! Household items like blankets, comforters, rugs and tablecloths are done on a per piece basis. Please call or email for pricing. These items may take up to a week to finish.

Are you also a laundromat?

We do not offer self service laundry at this time. You can drop off laundry and we will text you when your order is complete and ready for pick up.

Do you mix loads?

We never mix loads. All of your laundry is sorted, washed and dried by itself. This is a key differentiator of our service versus our competitors.

Can I drop off my laundry and have it delivered?

Yes! Delivery is free as long as the order is at least 15 pounds. Otherwise there is a nominal delivery fee.

Do I need to be home for pick up and delivery?

No, just leave your laundry outside and we will pick it up between 9 AM and 5 PM. If you have special delivery instructions you can leave a note for our driver by using our customer app.

What kind of detergent do you use? Can I use my own?

We use a perfume and dye free detergent on all laundry and a natural brightener on whites. If you have special detergent you would like us to use you can put it in your bag and we will use it on your laundry and return it to you.

What if I miss my pick up?

We can always reschedule you if you forget to put out your laundry. We do charge a trip fee after the first missed pick up.
